1. Can I have multiple registrations option?
Email address and contact number can be associated only once with Charminar Bazaar.com.

2. What is My Account?
With My Account section you reach after you log in at Charminar Bazaar.com webiste.It allows you to see your active orders, as well as see your order summary and update your shipping address.

3. How do I reset my password?
Enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

4. What is My Shopping List?
My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Charminar Bazaar.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

5. What are the modes of Payment?
a. Cash on delivery
b. Pay using PAYPAL

6. How will the shipping be done?
Our dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

7. How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free for orders Rs.500 or above. For any orders below that we charge Rs.50.

8. Do you do same day Shipping of products?
Same day shipping provided you place your order before 12 noon on the day you want products to be delivered.

9. When and How can I cancel Order?
Order can be cancelled before the cut off time of your slot (1 pm for evening slots and 6 am for morning slots) by contacting our customer support team.

10. What are your timings to contact customer service?
Our customer service team is available throughout the week, all seven days from 7 am to 10 pm.
